Cancellations with at least 72 hours notice Cancellations for reservations will be accepted up to a maximum of 72 hours before the date of playing. This means that customers can cancel their reservations with at least 72 hours' notice without incurring any penalties. In the event of notification with less than 72 hours, non-notification of cancellation or a "No Show" on the game day, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Cancellations for reservations of more than 8 players during specific months For groups of more than 8 players, cancellations will be accepted if notified by email in advance. During the months of January, February, June, July, August, September, November, and December, a notice period of 7 days is required to cancel without incurring penalties. If the 7-day notice period is exceeded during these months, a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount will be applied if the cancellation is notified. In the event of non-notification of cancellation or a "No Show" on the game day, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Cancellations for reservations of more than 8 players in other months For the months of March, April, and October, a notice period of 15 days is required to cancel reservations of more than 8 players. In the event of non-notification of cancellation within the required notice period in these months, penalties will be applied the 100% of the reservation total amount the accordance with the established policy. En caso de no notificar la cancelación con la debida antelación en estos meses, se aplicarán las penalizaciones del 100% del total del importe de la reserva correspondientes según la política establecida. Esta política establece plazos y condiciones específicas para la cancelación de reservas de “Tee times”, especialmente para grupos numerosos. Las penalizaciones varían en función de la antelación de la notificación y el mes en que se efectúa la reserva. Es fundamental que los clientes estén plenamente informados acerca de estas condiciones al realizar una reserva.
